There's room to spread out in the house, filled with old west charm and modern conveniences. Rest and relax during your stay indoors or step outside- to the deck, patio and yard of the ranch property where you'll be entertained by the animals roaming nearby and maybe catch a glimpse of a real cowboy. The space Enjoy the 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, along with the large kitchen/dining area, living room with plenty of seating and even a bonus sunroom/music room, of the Ranch Retreat located in the Heart of Schwieter Land and Livestock- a real life working ranch and farm. There's a bedroom perfect for any guest. Head down the hall to a western-themed room with 2 twin beds and a roll-out 3rd, is perfect for kids, teens, or singles of all ages. Channel your inner-cowboy with inspirations from the wall coverings, artwork and decor pieces. The vintage small table and chairs is wonderful for kids to use conventionally or as a convenient landing place for bags, luggage or any personal items. Need more room for your belongings? The large reach-in closet is the answer with tons of hanging room, floor space and wide shelf. Find peace and serenity in the bright Northwest bedroom, featuring a handmade queen bed, desk, comfy chair and matching towels and linens. End tables, equipped with practical lighting, will make reading any of the provided, color-coordinated books a joy to read. A reach-in closet and numerous wall hooks make staying organized a breeze. The Primary Suite is a wonderful choice, whether you're looking for privacy or more sleeping space for a group. Walk through the French doors to a queen bed and a single daybed, sleeping 1, 2, or 3 isn't a problem. Use the large walk-in closet, the reach-in closet, or the armoire for all of your luggage and contents. The ensuite bath adds a touch of glamour with the rich purple color and black and white accents. Be sure to check out the beautiful country views out the bedroom windows. The Parlor can be used as a fourth bedroom by simply pulling out the ottoman into a single bed. Blackout curtains on tension rods provide privacy when hung in the doorways. Extra pillows and bed linens are in the closet behind the infamous chalkboard door. If not as a sleeping area, the well-lit space can be used as an office. If you're not able to completely "unplug" for your stay, we've got you covered with high speed fiber internet/WIFI. The floating desk and acrylic chair on wheels, provides a touch of modern within the quaint surroundings of papered walls, tin ceiling and grass-cloth feel floor. The main bath meets all your needs with a bathtub/shower, large vanity, hanging space and all of the necessities. The kitchen, equipped with modern appliances including a stove, oven, microwave, full size refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher, opens up into the dining room and also the living room. The large dining table is a focal point and perfect for family meals or playing games. The living room has ample seating making it comfortable and functional, great for watching a movie on Roku or from our DVD collection (including lots of westerns), reading a book or visiting. There is even a sunroom/music room. Step out to the deck through the French doors or stay inside and play a tune on the family piano. Enough about inside, the real beauty can be found in the outdoors. Breathe the fresh air and feel the breeze as you stroll through the flower gardens, play in the green grass, relax on the deck, get some sun on the patio, or shoot hoops on the basketball court. Did we mention that you'll be in staying right on our ranch property? Steps out your back door you'll find horses, cows, barn cats and farm dogs. Guest access With room to roam, you'll be able to spread out- indoors and outdoors. A few spaces remain restricted, including the attached garage and any outbuildings/barns on the ranch. We use these spaces for storing equipment, feed, animals and much more, that is not pertinent to your comfortable stay. Please be respectful of gates and fences and stay within the boundaries of the house yard. Spaces inside the home with locked doors are set aside to store our personal items and deep cleaning supplies. The rest of the 1500+ square feet inside and the endless blue sky and green space outside is yours to enjoy during your stay. Other things to note No Pets No Smoking
