Relax and enjoy nature in a peaceful house in the forest between two lakes. Our house offers great comfort to families with kids, digital nomads and everyone who wants to discover and unwind in South of Sweden. We’re located in the heart of Skåne, close to hiking trails, nature reserve, lakes, forests and around 1 hour away from the best beaches in the region. The closeness to Lund, Malmö and Copenhagen makes it a great place to discover culture and also for shopping. The space The house is around 130qm and has 2 bedrooms with each a double bed. A third bedroom with a double bed can be used in the warm months. Upon request and depending on the weather it can be used also in the cold months, as it is not naturally connected to the main house and needs additional heating when cold. There is a living room with a bed couch suitable for two and a work station. In the open area there is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen and a dining and living room area with a fireplace. The house has one bathroom with a shower and a guest toilet. There is also a kids playroom with toys, games and furniture and desk for kids. A big winter garten towards the front south garden is available as an outdoor dining space. The back yard is fully private and has a playground, during the warm months also trampoline, hammocks and a ninja slackline. With experience with allergies we try to be an allergy friendly house and have additional bedding protection, use eco and skin friendly washing and cleaning supplies and avoid unnecessary fragrance. The clean air, water and nature in the area allows for fully relaxing and recovering. Our water supply is from an own well and has excellent quality, the property is on a water protection area. The closeness to the woods brings wild animals like deers or rabbits around. The lakes are in walking distance from the house. For grocery shopping and getting into the town a car or the public transportation is needed. The bus stop into the city is 5min walking on the main street. Pharmacies and a local doctors office (KRY) is available in Höör, for emergency the hospital in Lund is ca. 20 car mins away. Guest access Access for guests is flexible, private and fully remote. We are not on the property for check-in, check-out or during your stay. Other things to note Optimally have a car to fully discover the area. The property is on water protection area. The property is on one of Europe´s high risk regions for ticks - always wear a protective spray or similar.
