Room No. 1 with a view and common areas

We invite you to enjoy our cozy room with a particularly beautiful view and recharge your batteries in our unique natural and mountain setting. You book one room, and the other spaces (kitchen, bathroom, terrace) are shared with other guests. The kitchen is intended for preparing breakfast and snacks. Common areas must be left as clean as you found them to ensure everyone's comfort! The space We offer a room in the attic of our apartment with a breathtaking view. It is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building with 3 apartments. The architect-designed house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a hillside. The room has a double bed, a dresser, a table with chairs, a small couch, a small wardrobe, and can be locked. There is direct access to the terrace. The bathroom, kitchen, and terrace are shared. From the spacious terrace, you have a view of the Saalfelden basin and the neighboring valleys and mountains such as the Kitzsteinhorn and the Birnhorn. We live on the 2nd floor of this apartment with our 2 children, ages 9 and 12. You shouldn't mind a little fun and games ;-) Guest access A wide staircase leads from the front door of the house to the entrance door of the second floor apartment. On the right side of the apartment, there's a small red cloakroom for guests. Remove your shoes here. Two solid wood staircases lead to the top floor. This is for guest use. Your room is at the top of the stairs on the left. Each guest has an assigned room. During your stay If you have any questions, we are happy to help. Other things to note STATUTORY TOURISM TAX: (Local tax + Tourism Promotion Fund + Mobility Contribution) must be paid in cash on site. The contribution is €2.35 per person per night. Please leave the corresponding amount on the room table with the key upon departure - THANK YOU. Each guest must register electronically, and you will receive a guest mobility ticket. This ticket allows free use of public transport during your stay. With advance registration, you can also use buses within the state of Salzburg for free (as well as the cross-border bus 260 from Salzburg via Bad Reichenhall to Saalfelden). Not included: Steam trains, special trains, and the night bus service. We do NOT offer guest cards, summer cards, or regional tourist cards for discounts. Registration Details 50619-006063-2024
