Nestled between Belmont Shore and Long Beach Downtown, Bluff Heights offers locally owned coffee shops, wine bars, restaurants, eclectic shops on Retro Row and more to explore - and all in walking distance. The beach is only a 15 minute walk and yet this newly-constructed guest house offers a very quiet and peaceful place set in a beautiful backyard. The space The approximately 600 square feet guest house features comfortable and well appointed living area, a modern equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, a beautifully designed bathroom, a large bedroom with a queen size bed and blackout shades, plus a full-size sofa bed in the living room, and plenty of storage space. The windows (each with shades) and skylights provide abundant natural light. The vaulted ceilings create a spacious living room. You love coffee! Enjoy the coffee grinder and many coffee makers (French press pots, auto drip coffee, and Nespresso). There is a lovely, reserved portion of the backyard for our guests to relax or just enjoy the view of the backyard. There are a lot of fruit trees. Help yourself to the lemons, limes, mandarins, guavas, apricots and passion fruits when in season. There is a communal laundry room at the bottom of the guest house (only shared with the owners of the front house). Other things to note Sorry, no smoking on the premises, including the reserved backyard space. We ask that our guests remove their shoes in the house. All guests must be registered.
