Welcome to @TerraCottage – our cute mid-century modern terracotta inspired home. The décor is colorful, unique and functional. We have personally designed the entire house and can't wait for you to enjoy our one of a kind space. It is 1000 square feet featuring an open concept, large kitchen, two bedrooms, one of which houses a king sized bed and the other a trundle that pulls out to a king! Centrally located in the Heights, you will be minutes away from all the action. The space My newly remodeled bungalow is sized perfectly for up to 4 adults. The bedroom is large with a king sized foam mattress, dresser and sitting area with a large Television. The second bedroom features a desk and twin trundle that pulls out into a king sized bed. The kitchen is definitely the star of the show, featuring a beautiful emerald backsplash, butcherblock countertops and full sized appliances. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you should need! The living room is set-up for socializing. Two mid-century modern chairs face the sofa to encourage conversation. On the wall sits a 50 inch Amazon Fire flat screen, ready for you to stream and chill! Also located in the living room is a brand new record player and over 30 records for your pleasure. The front covered porch is large and cozy, ready for your morning coffee or after hour drinks! Guest access The entire house and yard is yours to enjoy! Other things to note Grand View Drive is just a few blocks away and is definitely a must-see. The “world’s most beautiful drive,” as President Theodore Roosevelt referred to it in a visit to Peoria in 1910, offers visitors numerous panoramic scenic views of the Illinois River Valley and the chance to view many historic and remarkable homes lining it. The drive is especially beautiful in autumn, with the ever-changing colors of fall leaves.
