Unwind at TG Residence where you can stay and play with your family and friends or even have a team-building. Located in a countryside, our stunning loft residences are equipped with modern amenities to have a relaxing stay away from the city. Outdoor is our play-space. It has safe parking within the premises, huge swimming pool, pergola with pool table, kitchen/grill for big cooking, pickle ball/badminton/basketball court, putting green, and a fire pit for bon fire and family bonding. The space We have two fully-airconditioned modern loft units at TG Residence: the “Ontario” and “Alberta” Units. Both have a balcony where you can have a majestic view of Mt. Arayat. Each loft has 7 full double beds + 2-3 extra mattresses that sleeps up to 18-20 people per unit or 40 in total for the 2 units. The property is in the middle of a corn field in the the countryside of Magalang, Pampanga -- so it can feel like glamping when you're outdoor exposed to the elements of the environment. It is in a gated 1700 sqm lot though, with caretakers on site to assure our guests a safe space to relax away from their city/busy life. There is also an ample space for guest parking. Aside from a huge swimming pool, TG has a multi-purpose court: basketball, volleyball, badminton and pickleball, a pool table, and putting green to keep your mind and body off-work but active. We also made sure we have a strong wifi indoor and outdoor— because as the saying sometimes goes— “home is where the wifi is”. For added fun with your family/friends, we have pool toys and board games that you can rent. Please note that the price shown here is for one unit accommodation and for 10 people only. If your group exceeds 10 persons, additional fee applies. If your group is BIGGER (i.e., up to >20-40 people), you may rent the second unit for a discounted price. Whether you rent one or two units, the place will be exclusive to your group. For details, please send us a message. Guest access Whether you rent one or two loft units, you will have the exclusive use of all the amenities at TG. We also have caretakers on site to show you the place and the amenities. Other things to note We encourage our guests to read TG Residence House Rules and Guides available once reservation is confirmed. About Pets. We understand that dogs are considered part of the family already. So guests may bring up to 2 small pets in TG only upon approval by the host/property manager. We require a five hundred (PHP500.00) fee/pet/stay, and pets are to be in diapers to prevent any smells and littering inside residential units. Pet owners must pick up their pet’s poop and throw it into the garbage bins. Bringing more pets than are approved into the residential units, or failure to inform the Host/property manager about any pets brought inside the residential units are prohibited. The only exception to this rule are service animals for guests with disability and a proof will be required for such animals. Wheelchair Ramp. TG has wheelchair ramps ready for guests with disability. Damage Deposit TG requires a damage deposit of P3,000.00 to be handed over to the caretaker. This will be conveniently refunded to you upon check out if no damage or loss is found. Other Charges TG charges for the following consumables/extra items: - Towels are provided for free up to 5 pcs per villa. Additional towels are P100/pc. - Drinking water- first container on the dispenser is free. Succeeding ones can be bought on site for P60 per 5-gallon container. - Use of firepit is free. But in case you forgot to bring firewood, we have one available on site for P250/log— good to last about 2 hours. - We have a gas stove in the kitchen. To make it sustainable for next user, we charge P250 for its cooking use.
