You’ll have access to everything you need to make yourself at home. Book your stay today! The space This is an older, but spacious- feeling upstairs apartment. The bedroom and living area are large and furnished comfortably for your relaxation. Due to the age of the building, the bathroom is small and does have lower slanted ceilings. If you are a very tall person, this may bother you. There are two other apartments in the building, but your space is completely private and secure. The driveway and backyard are the only shared areas with the other guests/tenants. There is a flight of stairs between the front door/laundry area and the apartment. You can see this in one of the posted pictures. There is plenty of free street parking available in front of the house and one off-street parking spot available in a shared driveway. The TVs in the living room and bedroom do not have cable but are Roku TVs. Log into YOUR Netflix/Hulu/Disney+, etc. streaming services to view. The livingroom TV has a Blu-ray player available. Self check-in is done via keypad and smart lock. No keys will be issued. Information will be sent after reservation confirmation. The Nest thermostat is locked, and you are able to adjust it within these parameters: Heat temperatures between 60-72F. Air conditioning between 68-80F. Air conditioning is not available when the outside temperature is less than 60F. Other things to note The basement and main level are also short term rentals, so there is the potential that you will hear movement/talking. Community guidelines include quiet time from 10pm-7am, and your space is completely separate, secure, and private.
