Our beach holiday home in south Goa is 100mts/2mns from the beach in a high-end gated complex has a very large swimming pool. The Villa has 3 A/c bedrooms with cieling fans, 2 en-suite(attached bathrooms) bedrooms are on the 1st floor and 1 bedroom on the ground floor with common washroom shared with a/c living room. All 3 bathrooms have hot water showers. Housekeeping is provided daily. Parking 1 covered porch & open space opposite the villa. Our Villa is suitable for families and couples. The space This a/c 3BHK villa with 2 en-suite bedrooms. All 3 bathrooms have shower cubicles with hot water supply, wall mounted wc and a large granite basin counter. Kitchen & AC hall on the groundfloor. All air-conditionars in bedrooms and hall are split type. Hot water is available 24hrs but the geysor has to be switched on 5mns before bath. We provide hand soap, bath towels, bath soap, shampoo, beach/pool towels, tooth brush and tooth paste... The kitchen is equiped for cooking with fridge, Microwave, Induction, gas stove, pressure cooker with all compatible utensils, water purifier, toaster, kettle and regular cutlery & crockery. It also has a washing and drying machines. A Cook can be made available for breakfast/lunch/dinner at a extra charge (normally @ Rs 500/- per meal) but please check availability & rate of the cook before booking. Guests can always discuss rate directly with cook if requirement is for more than 1 meal/day or longer stay. As per airbnb policy any contact can be shared only after booking. Guests can purchase their groceries from Blinkit & Instamart who deliver to the villa or we can also give a contact who can buy groceriesfor you'll. The resort next door serves buffet breakfast which our guests can also avail (normally @ Rs 650/- per person but check rate before booking). The villa has a private garden all around it with lawn and tropical flowering plants. The 1st floor has a large common terrace with outdoor furniture available. The view in front of the villa is the complex garden. Villa is stocked with books, board games/cards, carrom, TV in the hall, yoga mats and beach toys. The reclining chair can be your cozy spot on the terrace. Guest access Guest Access The entire villa is rented to 1 party at a time and no other guests are allowed. Other things to note The complex has a very very large swimming pool open from 8am to 8pm. The complex has a circular road lined with local variety mango trees, coconut palms and plants giving a very green pleasant ambiance suitable for walks in the comforts of the complex. if you are the early bird types than a pre-sunrise walk on the beach is unforgettable. The villa has outdoor furniture available for the private garden where one can just sit and enjoy the greenery. The villa overlooks the common garden & open space of the complex. The kick ass location is the 1st floor large terrace where one can laze on the easy chair or just doze off surrounded by greenery or you can just rock your tensions away in the rocking chair. Please book check-in / check-out dates judiciously if travelling with senior citizens / children considering your flight/train/bus arrival/departure timing.
