The complex has a water UV anti contamination and filtration system and water softener system. When you’re not out exploring, enjoy the building’s pool and make the most of the propane BBQ area for easy outdoor dining. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo as well the pool and BBQ area. Guests have access to a shared pool with adjacent wading pool (no Jacuzzi) Other things to note Important Rules for All Guests & Residents Pets are allowed with a maximum of 2 pets. Dogs cannot weigh more than 40LBS or 20kg each. Our building has 6 condos that share the pool and BBQ area. Please be considerate of others when using these spaces. The pool has an adjacent wading pool. There is no Jacuzzi. This cozy 6-unit condo complex is tucked away in a quiet residential area and securely gated. You’ll have your own covered parking spot just outside the gate, monitored by security cameras. Need extra space? Convenient street parking is available right next to your spot. No smoking or vaping of any substance is allowed: Inside the condo On patios or balconies In the pool area In entryways or stairwells If you wish to smoke or vape, you must go completely off the property.
