It is situated across the road from the Trust Aoraki Tennis Centre, a 14 court complex that in March 2025 hosted a World Tournament. The CBAY swimming pool complex is also right across the road featuring a 25m indoor pool, 50m outdoor pool, steam room, sauna and spa as well as a cafe. On the floor above the pool is a gym that allows casual entry. Only 50 meters away is out famous Blackett's Lighthouse overlooking Caroline Bay.
