This house is in a great location, It is only 15 minutes from Carnival as well as only 15 minutes to the famous Maracas beach. Nestled in the trees it is a peaceful place to spend your holiday. It is fully equiped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. St. Andrews Golf Club is a short 2 minute drive. There is 24 hour security service. The grocery is only 5 minutes away. A car service to get you to and from Carnival and anywhere you need can be arranged. The space The property is elevated with a wrap around deck and lots of comfortable seating. The living area is open planned with all 3 bedrooms and laundry upstairs. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have built in wardrobes. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you will need. There is a bbq pit on the deck. Internet works well. Guest access Guests have access to the entire main house. With 2 secured parking spaces on the property and more street parking available. There are 2 other tenancies on the property who have their own private access. Other things to note If you have additional guests, let me know and we may be able to accomodate. There are 3 bedrooms that sleep 6 people. However there is a double pull out mattress available to accomodate and additional 2 guests if needed.
