The fully-equipped kitchen and dining area are perfect for preparing meals and relaxing after a day of exploring or working. Plus, a dedicated workspace is available for those needing to catch up on business. The modern bathroom includes a bathtub, fresh towels, and a hairdryer. Guest access ➤ Guest must check in with concierge upon arrival. ☆ Easy Self Check-in with Keycafe We offer smooth and flexible self check-in through the Keycafe system. ✅ You'll pick up the keys from a secure Keycafe box located nearby. ✅ A unique code and pickup instructions will be sent to you before your arrival. ✅ Check in anytime after 4 PM, perfect for late arrivals. No need to coordinate with anyone — just arrive, collect your keys, and start enjoying your stay. ➤ Please note that access to mailbox or mailbox key will not be available for bookings that are shorter than 3 months. ➤ Building amenities are only available for guests staying at minimum 45 nights following the building's rental policy, eg. pool or hot tub. Please carefully read before booking. ➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home. ➤ This unit does NOT include parking, but the building NEXT door offers paid visitor parking. ➤ The one bedroom features a sliding glass door but NO curtains. Please be aware of this before making a reservation. Booking indicates your agreement with this setup. IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER: Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay. Other things to note Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM and check-out is any time before 10:00 AM. Minimum stay 3 nights No cameras inside the unit.
