No need to coordinate with anyone — just arrive, collect your keys, and start enjoying your stay. ➤ Please note that access to mailbox or mailbox key will not be available for bookings that are shorter than 3 months. ➤ Building amenities are only available for guests staying at minimum 45 nights following the building's rental policy, eg. pool or hot tub. Please carefully read before booking. ➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home. ➤ This unit does NOT include parking, but the building NEXT door offers paid visitor parking. ➤ The one bedroom features a sliding glass door but NO curtains. Please be aware of this before making a reservation. Booking indicates your agreement with this setup. IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER: Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay.
