Bijou with fantastic views

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, family-friendly space, nestled in the idyllic mountains of Graubünden. With a lot of love for detail, we have renovated and furnished this little paradise. Trin Mulin is ideal for active vacations such as hiking, climbing, biking, all winter sports (Weisse Arena Flims/Laax) but also for sunbathing or paddling on the beautiful Cresta or Caumasee, all in the immediate vicinity. The space The 85 m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a chalet apartment building with lots of surrounding nature. From the balcony of the apartment there is an impressive mountain panorama overlooking the Crap Sogn Gion. There are two double bedrooms, a work desk, a bathroom with double sink/shower/toilet and a separate guest toilet. From the cozy living and dining area, a wooden staircase leads to the gallery under the roof, where there is an additional sofa and a cozy retreat. The apartment has an open fireplace which invites you to cozy evenings. The kitchen is generously equipped with a Nespresso machine, soda stream, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, raclette/pizza oven, fondue sets (cheese & chinoise), egg boiler, spices, oil/vinegar, etc. There are enough closets for clothes and shoes. On the balcony there is space for a table and four garden chairs and the gas grill may also be used. In the basement there is a ski storage room and the apartment has a covered parking space in the carport (a second car can be parked behind it without problems). Other things to note The bus stop is about 400 meters from the apartment and the ride by PostBus to the Flims/Laax cable cars takes only 8 minutes. In Trin Mulin itself there are shops (Volg) as well as the highly recommended restaurant Ustria Parlatsch within walking distance. There are countless walking, hiking and cycling trails directly from Trin Mulin, via the Prada, to the Parc da Moviment (a large sports playground), to Lake Cresta, to Alp Mora with the glacier mills or to Conn to the 'Il Spir' viewing platform, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the Rhine Gorge. The holiday destination of Flims/Laax is in the immediate vicinity and offers a comprehensive, versatile, attractive and modern range of leisure activities in summer and winter. Bike tours, hikes, paragliding, the Pinut via ferrata and the UNESCO World Heritage Tectonic Arena Sardona bring the natural beauty of Flims closer. The Prau la Selva sports center also provides plenty of variety in summer, be it with the high ropes course, inline skating park, tennis courts, mini golf or the large children's playground. Golfers can improve their handicap on the nearby 27-hole golf course in Domat/Ems or 18-hole golf course in Sagogn. In winter, the Flims/Laax/Falera ski resort offers 200 km of very well-prepared slopes. As a cross-country skier, there is a cross-country ski trail practically at your doorstep in Trin Mulin, or in the high valley Bargis, on Plaun or Sagogn. Ice sports enthusiasts will love the hockey match, ice skating, curling and ice stock sport in the ice rink or on the natural ice rink in Flims Waldhaus.
