There's a lot to enjoy. What it costs you: You pay our nightly rate, Airbnb's commission, a cleaning fee, and 10.25% Washington State sales tax. There is two bedroom with a queen-size bed in main bedroom,two full size beds in second bedroom, a sofa sleeper that extends out to a two/three person individual beds, and a 4" foam mattress for camping out on the floor. Located in a rock solid, mid-century high rise, this condo is comfortably modern and fully furnished. There's an abundance of bed/bath linens, a fully-stocked kitchen with coffeemaker, and microwave. Pick up some wine, fresh seafood, and fruit at Pike Place Market, then walk back and have fun preparing a wonderful dinner party. The building is a secure environment with an on-site building manager and front desk concierge. There are two rooftop decks with outstanding city views. Relax and enjoy yourselves... With seven inches of concrete between each floor, you won't hear your neighbors and can dance and listen to music quite loud, though we ask you to please keep it moderate after 10pm. The apartment isn't 100% sound proof from the city, but with double-pane windows that muffle noise with added noise reduction, it's sound proofed to the level of rooms in the neighboring Hilton Hotel suites and Sheraton. Plus, this apartment is on the quiet side of the building. What would a trip to Seattle be without coffee? You'll find plenty of complimentary coffee in the fridge and an electronic coffee maker.
