Second bedroom is spacious and is air-conditioned with a queen sized bed, desk & chair and a built in wardrobe. Suite and second bedroom are fully private and can be locked. They are separated by an entrance area with a separate laundry that are yours to enjoy but are shared space with the property owner who lives upstairs. There is a BBQ and dining table in the garden outside the suite. The well screened tropical garden and pool area, with abundant butterflies, are also yours to enjoy (shared space with the owner). Guest access The entire downstairs area is yours to enjoy, including undercover outdoor dining area, BBQ and swimming pool. There is a fully furnished suite with bedroom, well equiped kitchen and sitting room, and a separate second bedroom. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and fans with queen beds. The suite, the second bedroom and the bathroom are exclusively yours. There is a laundry and an interconnecting entrance area that, together with the garden and pool areas, are also yours to enjoy as shared space with the property owner who lives upstairs.
