The Palm Room with backup power

Stylish, modern and compact apartment with all the luxuries needed to ensure a comfortable stay. The unit is located in central Westville on a well secured property and offers easy access to all major routes. Recently renovated, exceptionally clean and ideal for the Executive, or traveling couple. Self check-in and out is quick and easy via a lockbox at our main gate. Restaurants & shops close by & only a 20 minute drive to the Durban City centre and beaches. The space The unit has a Queen Bed with quality linen and an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a grill/microwave oven, a Snappy Chef 2 burner gas stove, a Fridge & freezer, as well as crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. We unfortunately do not have an oven in the unit. The unit has wifi, a Smart TV with Netflix, Prime and YouTube. You can stream DSTV off your own account. Your own outdoor area where smoking is allowed, as no smoking, or vaping is allowed inside the unit. The property perimeter and exterior have CCTV cameras for added security. The room is compact and measures approximately 7m x 3.8m, so ideally suited for short term stays, due to it's size. Other things to note We have two units, the Palm Room and the Jungle Room which are both on seperate circuits with battery backup during loadshedding. So please ensure you switch off all lights, TV, Aircon and the ceiling fan when you leave the unit, because if there is a power outage, or Eskom loadsheds whilst you are out, your unit may run out of backup power and you may find yourself in darkness with no TV, or Wifi, whilst the rest of the property have.
