The space •Newly constructed (2023) Treehouse on private property in Rising Sun, IN •Gated entry to property, parking in front of home and other parking available if needed •Sleeps 4, full kitchen, dining area, living room with 60in Smart TV, sectional couch, 2 bedrooms (King & Queen) and 1 bathroom •Wraparound porch w/ seating, outdoor fire pit with seating, 4-person hot tub, 2 person sauna, outdoor shower, swinging bed, swinging chairs, outdoor picnic table •Local attractions and activities •Please NOTE that we are in the country, there will be your normal insects and bugs. We treat the property however we can't get rid of everything. Specifically, Indiana has an invasive Asian Lady Beetle in Fall/Winter - if you encounter them, they are harmless but annoying and we have a vacuum to suck them up. It's recommended to vacuum them vs trying to smash them because they create a stain. Guest access Full home access with the exception of the mechanical room and storage. Other things to note Hot Tub touchpad is locked and set at 104 (highest setting). We've had multiple touchpads broken so to save any headaches we have it set and ready for our guests.
