The Oppidum Gîte

This characterful white stone gîte dating from 1848 is located in a small “heritage village”, peacefully in the hills of Artois, 6km from the town center of Arras. The building has been completely renovated, keeping its character, so that you can reside there peacefully in a green and peaceful setting. The space The Oppidum gite consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor there are the living space, a bedroom, a bathroom, a toilet and a veranda. The living room consists of a kitchen open to the dining room and the living room. The whole thing is 65m2 and can easily accommodate 12 people around the large farm table. The 17m2 bedroom consists of a double bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower and bath. There is also a laundry area (washing machine, ironing board and drying rack). In the veranda you'll find a weight bench, a training bike and table soccer. Upstairs there are a central landing that leads to two master bedrooms of over 20m2 on either side. Each bedroom has a double bed and two extra single beds, as well as a small sitting area. The 4 extra beds can be moved to the 20m2 landing. Each upstairs bedroom has its own shower room and separate WC. The whole building is covered by wifi. There is a television in each bedroom. Each WC has its own hand-washer. All bedding is new and of high quality (slatted bed bases and mattresses with pocket springs and memory foam). Guest access You will have access to the entire property There is a main entrance on the street side and another entrance on the garden side. A key box is located at the main door, allowing you to arrive independently. Parking is on the pavement on the street side. Other things to note Cleaning costs are not included in the price.
