House with terrace + lake access

This pretty house, at the foot of the lake, consists of two master suites. In one of the bedrooms, you will also find a desk. On the ground floor there is an open space with kitchen, living room and dining room, overlooking a beautiful terrace that allows you direct access to the lake. Individual toilets on the ground floor and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer on the first floor. We hope you enjoy your stay. The space Accommodation fully renovated in November 2023. The kitchen is equipped with: oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer. Each bathroom has its own toilet. At your disposal: towels and bath sheets, hair dryer. In the laundry room: washing machine, dryer, iron and a vacuum cleaner that is in the kitchen. In summer, garden furniture to relax and a barbecue. Underfloor heating will warm you up pleasantly during the winter season. Enjoy your stay! Guest access A few kilometers from Germany, close to the A4, whether to visit or meet us, access is easy. Parking is no problem, you will find a large parking lot for cars or vans opposite. Shops are within 3 minutes, whether in the city center or shopping area. Other things to note The garden is not fenced. You have direct access to the lake for a walk or a hike. A few meters from the garden, an island with birds (ducks, water hens, geese, etc.) will enchant your walk. On your left, a children's playground and on your right a pumptrack (small bike and BMX circuit).
