Bright & spacious apartment w/ large roof terrace

Charming apartment in Palermo Soho, a bohemian neighbourhood full of cafés, shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is located on the first floor; there is no lift. Main floor: 2 bedrooms (1 with doublé bed; 1 with 2 individual beds – one is a pull-out); living room with dining area and sofa-bed (for 1 person); kitchen with oven and microwave; bathroom with shower. Upper level: large roof terrace with parrilla (grill) and eating area; small studio with desk ; washing machine. The space Our comfortable, light-filled home is a little like Buenos Aires itself, a merging of old and new elements. The main floor has an open-plan living and dining area with A/C and fully equipped kitchen. One big window gives you a lot of light to enjoy reading, a coffee or just relax looking at the trees. The two bedrooms (one with A/C; one with floor fan) and full bathroom are also located on this floor. An upstairs space has a room where you can work from. Out on the private terrace (accessed via sliding door and gate with lock) you can prepare an 'asado' on the 'parrilla' (typical Argentinian grill) or relax in the hammock. A large table and benches for up to eight people are there to be used and enjoyed. Keep in mind that we will be flexible if you want to leave your bags before or after your entry so you can visit the city comfortably without charging additional. Guest access The entire two-storey apartment including private roof terrace and a laundry room with washing machine. Other things to note Palermo Soho is a popular area full of restaurants, cafés and bars, with a lively atmosphere all day and at night, particularly at weekends. There are a number of buses (called ‘colectivos’ in Buenos Aires) minutes from the apartment. A yellow tourist bus (‘bus turístico’) also stops in the neighbourhood. The metro (called Subte in Buenos Aires) station Palermo is on the green line (also known as D line) and is approximately 18 minutes walk from the apartment. This line will bring you to the centre of the city in about 15 to 20 minutes. Parking is free on the street. There are car parks (‘estacionamientos’) with hourly rates in the area.
