Since 2019, we've been offering temporary residences in the Faena. The 64m2 unit retains Phillip Stark's original furniture. Very bright and cheerful, it is located in the exclusive silos sector of the residential area. You can use the same services as the Hotel: gym and swimming pool, spa circuits, dry and wet sauna, exclusive restaurants with gastronomic varieties, concierge and 24-hour security. Check for garage availability. The space Our 64 square meters Loft is situated inside the Faena Hotel in the residencies area. The building has a unique entrance through Petrona Eyle street, where you will meet the residence concierge staff. They will give you two red cards to acces the unit and, if you want, register your credit card details for expenses at the hotel such as spa, drinks or meals. Guest access Same services as any of the hotel guests: 3 restaurants, the magnificent pool, the gym, the spa, concierge service 24/7, room service, laundry service.
