This renovated farmhouse is unique and fun. The barnyard animals are a delight for all ages. minutes away from Smith Lake Park, The Shrine, Wild Water, and Stony Lonesome! The space 60 acre family farm stay in Cullman. We have barnyard animals and beautiful wildlife surrounding the entire place. If you love to enjoy nature, this place is for you. Feel free to enjoy the 3 fishing ponds, barnyard farm animals and serene landscape. It is a joy to sit on the screened in porch overlooking the pond listening to the birds and frogs while watching the goat family run and play. We have plenty of trails to explore and if you are feeling adventurous the kayaks can be enjoyed in the pond or nearby lake. The forest is full of wildlife and there are rustic trails to explore. You're sure to love it! Guest access The home and grounds are beautiful. Please feel free to explore the property. If you go into the animal pens, please use caution and make sure not to leave any gates open. There are 3 ponds on the property. The property is fenced in and there are 60 acres to explore. Other things to note 🚰 The sink is motion activated and the handle must be "on" for it to work. There is a reverse osmosis tank under the sink for extra clean drinking water. The cable remote works best by using the ALL button to turn both TV and cable on at the same time. 📺 Cable is HDMI1 You must use the TV remote to switch HDMI. Go to Home and then use the arrows to switch apps or HDMI. Sometimes you need to turn the cable box on. It is located on the bottom of the table under the TV. There are farm fresh eggs you can collect! Please feed and water the animals. Cat food is in the carport. 🐱 Cats live outside. Their food bowl is in the carport. Goats pellets are in the biggest plastic bin with the black top. Their bowls are hooked to the fence. Chickens and ducks pellets are in white bins and they love corn. Feel free to feed the animals table scraps. They love chips, veggies, pizza crust, but only chickens and ducks eat meat.
