The space The space is airy, well-lit and functional, ideal for couples. The property has a living room integrated with the American kitchen, a large bedroom and a spacious balcony. The bedroom is a complete suite, with a double bed, closet, nightstand, TV with streaming service, ceiling fan, blackout curtain and bedding (sheet, pillowcase and blankets). The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric coffee maker, sandwich maker, water filter, pots, dishes, cutlery and basic utensils. The en-suite bathroom is well-structured and features a shower, bath towel set, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. The apartment's great distinguishing feature is the spacious balcony, a perfect place to relax with a view of the sea. The property also has an iron and a sink. The building does not have a common leisure area, but the apartment is a complete private area. The location is a great advantage. You will be located on the Passarela do Álcool, one of Porto Seguro's main tourist attractions, with easy walking access to bars, restaurants, shops, craft fairs and the boarding pier for tours.
