Westvale Apartments is a newly-built, fully equipped townhouse featuring modern amenities that can comfortably accommodate a family of 6! Perfectly located in the town of Tampo where many local activities, restaurants & beach resorts are minutes away by car. Hike gorgeous trails & waterfalls, ride ATVs by the lahar fields of Mt Pinatubo, roam local markets & experience fresh delicacies, & enjoy fine-sand beaches home to native marine animals. Relax and see the best Botolan has to offer! The space The space has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, and a full size kitchen with a dining table. Guest access The whole place! Other things to note - additional private parking available next to the apartment for bigger SUVs and pick up trucks - we have recently installed an air conditioning unit in the living room (as of April 8, 2025) - diesel powered generator on standby incase of any power outages in the Zambales zone - please note that only the second floor bathroom is equipped with a shower heater
