No roads to cross - Right on the beach 3 bedrooms, remodelled including new bathrooms, kitchen, walls, ceilings (we love it - we trust you will too) Air conditioning ducted in the bedrooms. The living area enjoys the ocean breezes (only) not AC Come join us. $500 bond. The space Welcome to The Penthouses Apartment 12 by Gold Coast Holidays. Wake up to the sound of the ocean in this newly remodelled penthouse located directly on Surfers Paradise beach. With no roads to cross, you are literally steps from the sand and only moments from cafes, restaurants and attractions like the Langham Hotel, Cavill Avenue and Sky Point. The apartment has three spacious bedrooms, two sleek bathrooms, a designer kitchen and an open‑plan living/dining area that opens onto a private balcony with panoramic beach and ocean views. Perfect for families or couples travelling together, the penthouse accommodates up to six guests in comfort. The space – Living & dining: Light‑filled open‑plan space with floor‑to‑ceiling windows, comfortable seating, smart TV and sliding doors to the balcony. – Kitchen: Fully equipped with stone benchtops, stainless appliances, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, full‑size refrigerator, microwave and cooking basics (pots, pans, crockery, cutlery). – Bedrooms: Master suite with queen bed, built‑in robes and ensuite bathroom; second bedroom with queen bed; third bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms have ducted air‑conditioning and hotel‑quality linen. – Bathrooms: Two renovated bathrooms with walk‑in showers, quality towels, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. – Balcony: Spacious outdoor area overlooking the beach and ocean – enjoy sunrise breakfasts or sunset drinks with uninterrupted views. Linen & Amenities: The apartment is fully self contained and is not serviced during the stay. We have a small starting supply of amenities, toilet paper etc for the first portion of your trip. Hereafter you will need to replenish supplies from the nearby supermarket as required. The apartment will be made up with bedding, including fresh linen and bath towels. We do not provide pool towels as standard. For Swimming, You are welcome to use the bath towels provided and launder them as required with your washer and dryer. Alternatively, we can hire pool towels from our linen supplier for $6 each upon request (must be ordered before arrival day). For stays longer than 7 days, a complimentary mid- stay clean (a full change of linen and vacuum) can be arranged upon request. This will need to be scheduled ahead of time. Guest access Stay with Gold Coast Holidays and enjoy the perfect blend of beachfront luxury, comfort, and convenience in the heart of Surfers Paradise. You will have private use of the entire apartment and access to the building’s facilities, including an outdoor pool and secure undercover parking for one car. A self‑check‑in key safe at our shop in Surfers Paradise is used to make arrival easy at any time of day. Once you arrive at the building, An elevator takes you directly to the apartment. Other things to note Air conditioning ducted in the bedrooms. The living area enjoys the ocean breezes (only) not AC [See House Rules prior to booking] Express Check-in from our shop at The Cosmopolitan - Shop 14/3142 Surfers Paradise Blvd, Surfers Paradise. Arrival may be anytime from 2pm onwards, all through the night. Keycafe check-in system accessible at our shop (Map, photos and all other information will be shared once booking is confirmed.) On arrival day, your code will be sent by email and/or SMS, anytime before 2pm. Please make sure you have provided us your correct email address and best mobile phone contact number. On departure day you will return all keys to the Keycafe check-in/checkout machine. Damage Deposit - $500 must be paid direct to the property via payment link no later than two days prior to arrival date. This is in accordance with http://www.airbnb.com.au/help/article/140 as we are a professional software-connected host. For guests with 2 or more 5* reviews, we will waive the upfront bond. Once booking is completed, we can send you further check-in information and attachments. WiFi is included at no charge. Parking is included at no charge for 1 vehicle. Maximum vehicle height is 2 metres. Buses, tall vehicles, trailers, caravans, boats or any vehicle taller than 2.2 metres cannot access onsite parking. If travelling with any of these vehicles, you may ask us for guidance - The parking options for taller vehicles, trailers, etc will NOT be within the resort basement parking or resort common areas and will be public areas/paid parking.
