The house is situated in the heart of the town, just around the corner of the famous 55 croissants and the local Osteria by John Joseph, in close proximity to the beautiful mountains, wine farms and everything that the Cape has to offer. The space With an en-suite master bedroom and 2 private bedrooms with a separate bathroom, this house easily sleeps a family or 5 people. One of the rooms is currently used as home office as seen in the pictures, but can easily be equipped as a double or kids bedroom. Other things to note Security The premises is equipped with an alarm system with beams. Both inside and around the house have a separate arming function. The alarm system has 24/7 armed response. The garden also is secured with an electrical fence and we have security cameras monitoring the premises perimeters. Loadshedding The house is solar powered and has a battery storage to cover load shedding during the night. This means the house is continuously powered and you will not experience any inconvenience during your stay.
