Valley Hideaway

Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac of Happy Valley, our private guest suite is the perfect place to relax and explore the nearby Happy Valley Reservoir and stunning attractions the surrounding areas have to offer. The accomodation is a self contained unit, however it is apart of our home. Guests have a separate entry way. The suite is comprised of a bedroom, lounge room with dining area, a kitchenette, ensuite & outdoor patio area. The space The space consists of a living room with a dining area for 2 people, a kitchenette with basic meal preparation capabilities- kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge. There is an adjoining bedroom with built in robe for clothing storage. The ensuite includes a heated towel rail and walk in rain shower. The outdoor patio area can seat 2 people. Guest access Guests have access to the suite, and will enter by following the pathway along the right side of the property towards the back where you will find a glass sliding door to the suite. Please stick to the outdoor pebbled area immediately outside of the glass sliding door where the table and chairs are located. Please do not go to the back of the property or beyond. Other things to note Please note we do not have WIFI on the property And please no smoking permitted. We have two friendly cats that may pay you a visit, please let us know if this is an issue.
