Comfortable Victorian house

Our house is bright & comfortable with plenty of Victorian charm, has been recently renovated for modern living with WIFI throughout and has a tranquil outdoor space for eating & chilling. Located in a quiet street a short stroll from Brixton tube and train station. Buses run from nearby into central London. There are plenty of local shops, cafes, restaurants & pubs nearby including the famous market. The space Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a separate bath. Easy access to the garden. Guest access Access to the whole house and garden except our bedroom which we will keep locked. Other things to note Minimum 2 nights stay. WE REQUIRE ALL POTENTIAL GUESTS TO HAVE SEVERAL GOOD REVIEWS AND SOME PROFILE INFO. WE DO NOT ALLOW EVENTS OR PARTIES OF ANY KIND (strictly no house parties, garden parties, after parties etc). ONLY THE TWO GUESTS WHO HAVE BOOKED ARE PERMITTED INTO THE HOUSE. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO BOOK IF YOU INTEND ON BREAKING THE HOUSE RULES AS WE WILL BE MADE AWARE IF THEY ARE BREACHED. One small dog may be allowed. Please mention when you request.
