Beautiful renovated Breton mill
Description
The Pont Hervil mill is an old flour mill that has been part of the rural landscape of Brocéliande since the second half of the 19th century. It was originally attached to the Domaine du Château de la Châsse. The house is spread over three floors, very spacious, well equipped and very bright, as well as two outbuildings (including the Airbnb rental cottage). Beautiful walks in perspective from the mill are available to you in the footsteps of the legends of King Arthur and Merlin! The space The two outbuildings to which you can also have access are the old engine room which has been renovated into a cottage with its private entrance (sleeps 4 people) and the old grain warehouse room that we have converted into an indoor/outdoor game room depending on the season for children (and adults!): ping pong, 3m20 trampoline, tunnel, tent, play house, slide, small swimming pool, bicycles, scooters. Children particularly enjoy the wide open spaces, the watercourse and the two small islands adjoining our grounds and the explorer games that can be played there, fishing, picking... The living room - kitchen offers a very nice space for socializing, for rest as well as for parties with direct access to the garden from the terrace on stilts.
