Studio on Rambla de Malvín. Awesome

Excellent and very well located, a studio with an environment, meters from the beach. Fully equipped, in a pleasant and safe environment such as the Rambla de Malvín. The apartment has 24 hour surveillance and reception. We love that tourists visit our city and what better than staying comfortably. The space The apartment is very comfortable for two people, in addition a child could sleep on the L-shaped armchair (we do not have sheets for that armchair). Guest access The building has two elevators and service entrance. There is 24-hour surveillance and reception, every day. Other things to note The apartment is extremely bright. Despite its size -35 square meters-, it has two windows, which makes it illuminated and also very easy to ventilate and cool off. Because it's a relatively high floor (6th), the views are very unobstructed.
