Bike to the beach or hop in an Uber or public transit to easily access all local LA amenities and attractions. The space This is a standalone guest house in the backyard of a single family home. The unit is located above a detached 2-car garage. The studio loft has a queen size bed, twin bed, and a pull-out sofa bed. The queen and twin beds are located in the loft which is accessed via a ladder. The loft is half height so most people will need to bend down to access the beds, but there is ample room to sit upright on the mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, induction stove, and combination microwave/convection oven. The full bathroom is outfitted with high-end fixtures, a tub/shower, and vanity with storage. There is a stacked washer and dryer inside the unit with adjacent closet and drawers for storage. Guest access Guests have full use of the studio loft. Guests will access the unit by opening an automatic gate and walking down the driveway of the main house. Guests will walk up the stairs at the end of the driveway to access the second floor studio loft. Guest are not permitted to use the backyard space and are expected to only use the driveway for ingress and egress purposes. Guest vehicles are not permitted on any portion of the driveway. There is ample free street parking in front of the main house.
