The space This first floor apartment captures the soul of 19th-century Maine. • Living Area: Spacious and bright with high ceilings lined in ornate tin tiles for that classic historic feel. Cozy seating, board games, books, and the standout 1900s piano (play away—sheet music provided!). • Kitchen: Fully equipped for easy cooking—fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, basic spices, cookware, and extras like a kettle for tea/hot cocoa. Stocked with starter coffee/tea for arrivals. We even provide a few extras in case you are with us for longer and need more items for cooking. We have a baking machine, air fryer, food processor, and magic bullet for smoothies - all waiting for you! • Bedrooms: Both bedrooms have cozy queen sized beds, extra linens/blankets, and desks for any work that needs to get done while here. Each bedroom window has blackout curtains and both rooms have sound machines for a restful night of sleep. TVs are also in each room with a Roku set up to connect for streaming your favorite shows! • Bathroom: Clean and updated with fresh towels and basic toiletries. • Other Perks: Fast WiFi throughout, workspace areas in each bedroom perfect for remote work, and free on-site parking (with snow removal handled). • Guest Access: Private apartment entrance—your own space with no shared areas. The hosts (Amy and Jerry!) live upstairs but have separate entrances and parking arrangements.
