Our charming one-bedroom apartment on Lake Wörthsee is small, but is the perfect apartment for a romantic couple's break or a single person. It offers its own lake access with jetty and a reserved parking space right outside the door. The apartment is small, but extremely cozy and cute. The fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom provide every comfort. Amenities include a TV with Amazon Fire TV Stick and free fast Wi-Fi. The space Our cozy apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet medical center in Wörthsee, district of Steinebach, directly on a narrow, quiet street. The small street must be crossed to enter the enclosed lake property with jetty (in the summer months), which is only accessible to the tenants of the house. The guest receives a key from us to use this exclusive lake property (equipped with sun loungers, umbrella and dining table) for themselves - there is also a small rowing boat that is available. Our apartment is a cozy retreat, perfect for singles or couples who appreciate a charming and cozy atmosphere. Instead of a lot of space, we offer a homey ambience where you can feel right at home. If you value comfort and coziness, you have come to the right place! Within walking distance you can reach restaurants directly on the lake. There are two supermarkets, a greengrocer, baker and pharmacy in the village. The transport connection to Munich is optimal: Wörthsee has an S-Bahn station that connects the place directly with Munich and Munich Airport. In addition, the town is located at its own highway junction of the A96, which leads to Munich in 30 minutes. Excursions to Andechs, the holy mountain (direct bus connection), the beautiful Ammersee (bus and S-Bahn connection) and other great destinations in the Fünfseenland invite you to discover the region in its diversity and experience unforgettable days in nature and culture. We love our Wörthsee and the region and hope to convey this love to our guests. Guest access The apartment is only available to our guests - it includes a bathroom with shower, as well as a small kitchen in a separate room (separate from the bedroom). Other things to note A free parking space right outside the door is part of the apartment. For your stay, we provide bedding and towels, as well as dish towels and cleaning supplies. Shower gel, shampoo and a welcome set are available for you in the bathroom.
