Our property is located in the East Palo Alto, known for its lively atmosphere and convenient access to local attractions. To further ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, we recommend avoiding walking alone at night and keeping valuables out of sight. There is a smart lock on the front door which the guest will use to enter the house. There is also a digital lock on each room. Bedroom features: - Queen sized bed - Desk, chair - Washed bath towel set - Closet - High speed WiFi 200 Mbps - Heater Bathroom Features: - Brand Shampoo & body wash - Liquid hand soap - Hair dryer (air blower) Please always clean up after yourself. Please keep in mind cleanliness is essential to our guests. Please respect other guests in the same house. To ensure everyone has a good sleep, please don't use facilities in the common areas after 10 pm. Please be respectful of our neighbors living downstairs and maintain a low noise level, especially during nighttime hours (10 pm to 8 am). The whole check-in process is self-severed. Please read my messages and check-in guide carefully before your arrival and ask questions if anything not clear, especially if you plan to check in after hours. As a friendly reminder, if you have any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix them for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.
