Perfect for long stays especially for remote international workers as it has fast 10GB speed fibre internet, private desk in bedroom and indoor and outdoor shared spaces and a large sunny roof terrace. Located on a quiet pedestrian street next to an amazing local Market, tapas bars and cafes. All other shops and amenities are within 100m and is only 5 mins walk to the old historic centre. The space The entire house is quiet and entirely managed by us, this means we can ensure guests are typically international working adults looking for a comfortable place whilst in Malaga. + Located in a quiet pedestrian street in a vibrant and central neighborhood. + Shared areas to meet and hang out with other similar minded guests including a patio and sunny roof terrace. All the bedrooms have a lock and are fully furnished. +Communal areas consist of a patio, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, and offer working areas for should you choose not to work at your desk. There is shared use of a washing machine and area to dry clothes. +There is a large roof terrace of 80m2 which has various areas to relax, work, exercise and sunbathe. There is a BBQ too. Terrace is available up until 11pm. +Facilities have been designed for shared use. Common areas are cleaned weekly. To keep everything to a high standard we ask guests to clean up after themselves when using the shared areas, including kitchens and bathrooms. During your stay I made Malaga my home several years ago and know how it is to get established in a new city and country.
