Less than 15 minutes from Raven Rock and Shawnee State Park. The space One bedroom and one bathroom with living, dining, and full kitchen. This is a full unit located in a duplex home. There are tenants in the fully separated upstairs unit with separate entrances. The laundry room is located in the basement (accessed outside) and is shared with the upstairs tenants. There are independent washers and dryers for each unit and are labeled accordingly. Guest access You will have the entire first floor unit including one bedroom! There are 3 interior locked doors. One door is to our cleaning supply closet. One is to an unused bedroom and one is to the fully locked basement. Other things to note Max occupancy is 4 people total. No parties. This is a residential neighborhood and the unit is below another unit with residents. Additional fees ($50 per person) will apply and must be approved prior to stay.
