Air conditioning in the 4 bedrooms and also in the living room. All 4 bedrooms have smart TV and Wi-Fi. ✅ there are 2 en-suites + 2 bedrooms + 1 full guest bathroom [3 full bathrooms in total]. ✔️The kitchen is well equipped and has all the necessary basic utensils. It has laundry area inside the apt with washer and dried. The living room is spacious with full sea views and air-conditioned. 🔆The barbecue area faces the beach with full opening of the glass, reiki system. In this area we have another refrigerator and a brewery for your convenience. 🚗We have 2 garages. It fits a pickup truck and a hatchback (small car). ✅We provide complimentary: sheet, bedspread, pillowcase, blankets, floor towel, cloth and paper napkin; all sanitized by specialized laundry. In the bathrooms we have liquid soap and toilet paper, in the kitchen we leave detergent and a new sponge. 📍The apartment is located in the heart of Meia Praia, that is, the best place to stay in the region, where you don't even need to take the car out of the garage. We are close to the Russi-Russi mall, Calçadão mall, McDonalds, Burger King, bakeries, supermarkets and the best restaurants. In addition to being able to go to the Hard Rock Café on foot along the waterfront, which is scheduled to open on 12/22/25. ❌ Note: We do not accept pets. In case of un-conscious use of electricity, the surplus that exceeds 40 kWh/day will be charged according to the value of the local electricity company (celesc).
