Enjoy No TV :-) The space A beautiful, cosy, hideaway home, a short walk down to Menai Bridge village, a true foodie paradise with a terrific community and (probably) the highest grossing Waitrose in the country… 20 minute’s drive to the Snowdon mountain range, and the ancient Welsh home of legend and myth, or the glorious beaches & forests of Newborough. The property is self-contained, sitting within my land, cheek-by-jowl to my house. A snug home, 2 up, 2 down, with its own private front and back door. The property was fully redecorated in 2023, new floors, new downstairs bathroom, new tiling in the kitchen. If you turn left out of your kitchen door, you'll get to my kitchen door - come and say hello if you want or need anything! And if you turn right out your kitchen door and go up the stairs, you'll find my garden - please take a cuppa up there, sit back and enjoy the view... Other things to note Please note: The Little House does not have a TV - nor does it have a TV licence Nor does it have broadband WIFI It *does* have a lovely DAB radio, with BlueTooth connectivity for your phone. :-> As they say, "There is no wifi in the forest, but you will find a better connection". They also say, "The only fear is no wifi." So there *is* a pocket mobile wifi available on request - and also strong 4G reception for Vodafone, O2 - and 5G from Three This place is off-line club leaning, so on the shelves is a selection of great books, some board games, & up in the secluded garden, many a starry night to gaze… Well-behaved dogs are welcome!
