Casa&Cava is much more than a place to stay: it's an invitation to experience unforgettable moments, where wine and Mendoza's history meet in every corner. Its architecture combines colonial and contemporary styles, reflecting the host's passion for wine in every detail. The soul of the place is its private wine cellar, with over 100 carefully selected labels and varieties. A space designed to make each stay a sensory and emotional journey through the world of wine. The space On the first floor is the living room and a large and beautiful kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, electric oven, toaster and necessary dishes, with access to the backyard where you can enjoy a warm pool. It also has a game room with a gym, a warm wine cellar and a large multipurpose room with all the amenities (barbecue, bathroom, kitchen, microwave, dishwasher and a space to share). The bedrooms are on the second floor, each identified with a varietal with which the wines are made. -The main room is called MALBEC, alluding to the most emblematic varietal. It has a double bed en suite with a fully equipped bathroom. - CHARDONNAY room, in homage to the queen of white varieties, has two single beds and a small balcony to enjoy an incredible view of the garden (optional: double bed). -CABERNET SAUVIGNON room, in reference to a variety recognized worldwide. It has 3 single beds (1 bunk bed and 1 single bed). - PINOT NOIR room, refers to a variety that accompanies most of the base wines with which sparkling wines are made, mainly chardonnay. It has 2 single beds (optional: double bed). In the basement of the house is the garage with capacity for 3 vehicles. It should be noted that all rooms have air conditioning and heating. We offer bedding, pool towels, shower towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner so you don't have to worry about a thing during your stay! Guest access At Casa&Cava you can access and make exclusive use of all the spaces of the house: kitchen, living room, dining room, garden with its pool, game room, gym, cellar and multipurpose room. Other things to note A significant detail is the tribute paid to the Pachamama in the north of our country in the province of Jujuy, every August 1st we thank mother earth for the fruits harvested. In a corner of the house, you will find a simulation of a vineyard, next to a Cactus (native plant of Jujuy), planted in soil brought from some vineyards, whose wines are in the cellar. A toast is made and with beautiful words one expresses what one feels at that moment. There is also a small olive tree whose history (olive oil) is as rich as that of wine. If you wish, a guided tasting can be arranged to explain in detail the history of this house and the sensations that each wine can arouse, led by Luis Cesar Quintana, who has held the chair of Oenology for more than 30 years at the Don Bosco faculty and is the owner of the house together with his family. One of the stories that the host will tell you will be that of his exclusive Santa Blanca Wine in reference to a small town in Mendoza, where the Quintana family began their journey in the wine industry, which you can also buy in boxes of 3 bottles.
