Lovely annex with own entrance & courtyard is walking distance of local bus routes & Weeley Train Station with links to nearby beaches, Colchester & London. Short drive to Brightlingsea, Manningtree & Dedham Single parking space on the driveway with ample free on street parking. Long term rental available The space The Annex has its own entrance and courtyard, includes one upstairs bedroom with en-suite. Ground floor you will find the lounge with sofa bed (small double) , dining area and kitchen leading out to the courtyard which includes seating and BBQ area. Also available: baby travel cot, baby monitor, 2 x Jaybe folding beds suitable for children. Sofa bed is a very small double and comfortably sleeps 1 adult or 2 young children. Guest access Self contained annex on the same property as the main house. The single parking is available on the driveway in front of the garage doors. There is also free / non permit parking available on the road Please be aware there is an open ground-level pool on the property linked to the main house and is not accessible to guests staying at The Annex due to safety reasons. The Annex rental does not include access to the main house & rear garden. You might spot one friendly little cocker spaniel in the garden of the main house, she will not be able to access any of the areas for The Annex. Please ensure children are supervised at all times in all outdoor areas of the property. Other things to note Early check in and later check out can be arranged on request.
