We welcome you in an 80 m² house located on a quiet and peaceful 45 ares property, wooded with a pond, not overlooked and on the edge of the forest. Ideal place for a relaxing stay for the whole family and to visit our beautiful Alsace (walks and hikes, castles, Christmas markets, etc.). The entire property is managed with respect for the environment. We are committed to preserving nature through small daily actions. The space The accommodation is equipped with a 40 m² ground floor with: - an entrance hall, - a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen - a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet Upstairs: - 2 bedrooms (1 double – 1 with 2 single beds) - a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet Guest access Part of the property is not accessible in order to maintain a private space around the owners' home. You will have access to the rest of the property; garden, meadow and pond. A private outdoor area (terrace) is reserved for you. Warning: the pond is not fenced, so keep your children safe. Other things to note The accommodation is also equipped with: - A raclette machine for 10 people. - A 6-person pancake maker. - A plancha - A large wok In winter, please note that the accommodation is located in the Mountain Law area; you must therefore have winter tires or chains to drive by car from November 1 to March 31.
