Barely a block from the beach and a short leisurely stroll to shops and restaurants on Armstrong St. , Ackland St at St Kilda, Catani gardens, Luna Park and Albert Park lake. Very close to the Grand Prix and a one block walk to trams and light rail to the city. Minimum 2 night stay. Totally unsuitable for parties. Neighbours have young babies so please respect their need for sleep and for quiet use. 2 flights of stairs. No lift .
