The space The farmhouse is immersed in the nature of the woods of Tuscany, 10 minutes from the medieval town of Massa Marittima and 17 km from the sea of Follonica: Nearby beaches: Castiglione della Pescaia, Punta Ala, The Sterpaia Park and Torre Mozza. To visit nearby: among the many villages Suvereto, Montieri, Scarlino Alto and then the Abbey of San Galgano, the Archaeological Park of Lake Accesa, Le Biancane di Monterotondo and the Biolago di Sasso Pisano. Guest access Il Casale consists of 4 apartments: 2 on the first floor with a breathtaking view and 2 on the ground floor with a large garden. All have 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, kitchenette, ground floor with fireplace, and veranda or porch for alfresco dining. The 190-hectare estate has 15 km of trails and roads for walks ( even with our animals) on foot or mountain biking. The common spaces are the grill , the wood-fired oven, fitness area, children's play area, relaxation area and water lilies pond with jacuzzi and the many gardens. Adjacent to the farmhouse is a beautiful natural park of oaks and oaks where you can spend the hours of the hottest day walking or reading. Other things to note The price does not include electricity and heating costs (each apartment has its own meters, we take the readings together on arrival and departure and each person pays what they actually consume), Wi-Fi €1 per day, bed and bath linen (towels and sheets) €15 per person per stay (there is a washing machine to wash the linen), if it is brought by the guests it is obviously not paid; the tourist tax.
