Several local wineries are within walking distance, while Asti, Alba and Barolo are easily reached by car. The entire villa, garden and pool are exclusively yours. The space Villa Madonna is a spacious 310 m² villa with 5 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 11 guests, with 4 double beds and 3 single beds. The house has 2 bathrooms with showers, an additional WC, a large, well-equipped kitchen with dining area, and spacious living areas. The villa has hydronic underfloor cooling, helping to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature during warm summer days. The bedrooms have fans, and traditional shutters help keep the rooms cool and shaded from the sun. Outside, you’ll have a large private garden with several seating areas, sun loungers and a beautiful infinity saltwater pool overlooking the vineyards and Piedmont countryside. There is plenty of space for relaxing by the pool, enjoying meals outdoors and spending long summer evenings in the garden. The entire property is private and exclusively yours during your stay. Private parking is available on the property. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa, swimming pool, and garden during their stay. Other things to note Villa Madonna is primarily designed for adult guests and families with teenagers. For safety reasons, the villa is not recommended for children under 12, particularly as the swimming pool is not fenced or childproofed. The villa has hydronic underfloor cooling, which helps maintain a comfortable indoor climate and reduce humidity during the warmest months. The bedrooms also have ceiling fans. Please note that the villa does not have traditional air conditioning. Villa Madonna is peacefully located in the heart of the wine country.
