“Hare Cottage" is a charming retreat nestled amidst the beauty of rolling farmland, offering an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life while soaking in the breath-taking views of the surrounding countryside. The cottage provides modern amenities and tasteful decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests to relax and recharge. Hare Cottage is on the grounds of Hereford House (see photo 30) with its own fenced in garden and patio. The space As you enter Hare Cottage through the covered porchway you have a small Hallway leading to: The Kitchen consists of a separate fridge and freezer, electric hob and extractor unit, wall mounted oven and microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker. There is also a utility cupboard containing a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron and Dyson handheld vacuum cleaner. The Kitchen has cutlery, crockery, glassware, various pots and pans and dishes, toaster, kettle, utensils, condiments, dishwasher tablets and cleaning equipment; The open plan Living Room has a vaulted ceiling and two comfortable sofas and a coffee table. The 50 inch Smart TV has Sky TV family and sport packages plus the usual streaming applications for guests to sign in with their own user accounts; A door off the Living room takes you into the Dining Room which has a glass dining table and seating, small book selection and family games. The double doors lead out onto the patio. From the Hallway a corridor leads you to the: Master Bedroom with king-size bed, hanging wardrobe and desk. The 43 inch Smart TV has Sky TV family and sport packages plus the usual streaming applications for guests to sign in with their own user accounts; The Second Bedroom provides the flexibility of a bed which can be a day bed, single bed, two single beds or a super king bed depending on guest requirements; The Shower Room provides a shower, toilet and wash basin. The outside space includes a Patio looking out over the countryside, dining glass table with four chairs, parasol and a comfortable seating area with cushions. There is also a gas BBQ grill. Bed linen and towels are provided. Emergency toiletries provided. 300mb fast streaming fibre optic wi-fi is provided throughout the cottage. Travel cot and high chair available on request. Welcome pack is provided. Ample parking on driveway. Inside the property is strictly no smoking. Pets will be considered - please contact us to discuss. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to every part of Hare Cottage. Other things to note Access to Hare Cottage is via the patio which has a small step on the paving slabs which could cause a trip hazard for some guests. Hare Cottage is in the grounds of Hereford House and has it own fenced in garden and patio but is overlooked by the main house.
