Charming townhouse

Our house is located on the outskirts of town, in a very quiet rural neighborhood, surrounded by forest and vineyards (1.5 km from town) It has 2 floors. You can relax from the noise of the city, rest, enjoy the barbecue in the patio, play with family and/or friends, read a good book, and walk through the nearby vineyards. There are several wineries and cavas nearby to visit. (Pool only in summer) (Tourist tax in Catalonia is €1.75/person over 17 years old per night, NOT included in the price) The space House built at the end of the 19th century, renovated to have all the comforts of the current century, located in a rural environment offers magnificent routes to get to know the surroundings on foot or by bicycle. 1.5 km from the nearest village, where there are several shops, restaurants and in summer the municipal swimming pool. The house has four bedrooms: three with double beds and one with two single beds. (all on the top floor) Two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. A very cozy patio to enjoy outdoor lunches or dinners, as well as an outdoor game room to enjoy while preparing the barbecue. Large dining room and two living rooms to have after-dinner conversations or play board games. Parking is readily available in front of the house.
