Welcome to our cozy studio that we built for the comfort of our friends, family and Airbnbers. Our DragonflyPeake Studio is a centrally-located place. We are directly across from the Osprey and Haven Harbour Marinas and are in walking distance to the Ferry beach, Muskrat Alley for Breakfast and The Blue Heron for dinner and drinks. We are also a walk to town or bike ride. Enjoy a quiet cozy location with coffee or cocktails on the back deck. The space Our 640 sf Studio is fully furnished and comfortable for a quiet getaway. It is on the second floor above our boat storage. The Studio is off the driveway and next to the main house. The property looks out on Rock Hall Avenue and across from the Osprey Marina and Restaurant. The Studio has a living space, full kitchen and dining area and desk area. The bedroom is off the living space with a barn door for privacy. The bathroom has a tub shower and extra towels. There is also a laundry area for you convenience. Guest access The Studio has a entrance off the driveway for one car parking. Guest will receive a combination for the Smart Lock Keyless Entry. Other things to note We have two bikes that you can use, a backpack cooler if you are traveling to the beach and beach towels.
