The appartment is owned by a 40 yo quite and discreet man The appartment is ideally located near a bike path and public transportation : tramway or bus stations are just one or two blocks away from the building - The private bedroom is 11 m2 and has a double bed (140 x 200 cm futon mattress) that can accomodate two people. The room is equiped with a clothes rack and a desk with a chair. Guest access - Bathroom (shower), living/dining room and kitchen are accessible and shared with the owner. - Possibility to use the microwave, refrigerator and the dishes. Tea and coffee are provided. - Free access to a balcony to chill, smoke or vape if necessary. - Garage available if needed. During your stay I will be available during your stay and reachable by phone or email if necessary.
