Rooms are on the 2nd floor of the iconic Tower Cafe which is known for amazing breakfasts & lunches and is open 6am - 1pm Wednesday - Sunday. The space LOCATION: Our cozy, practical, no-frills Airbnb is located in downtown Tower, offering a grocery store, bar, laundromat, and shops all within walking distance. ROOM DETAILS - All rooms are located on the 2nd floor above the Tower Cafe. - 1 bedroom room with a full-size bed with a SHARED bathroom and shower across the hall. - Starlink Internet is available for our guests during your stay. - Amenities: Sheets, blankets, pillows, shampoo, and body wash (please bring your own towels - small towels are available upon request if you forget). - Air Conditioning: Not available, but we can provide a fan upon request. - Microwave and Mr. Coffee Maker: Located in the hallway as a shared resource. Please keep it clean after each use. Bring your own coffee, but we provide coffee filters. - Cafe Coffee: As thanks for being our guest we offer complimentary coffee at the cafe whenever we are open so feel free to stop down for some great-tasting coffee on us. Mini Fridges: Please note that mini-fridges are not included in the rooms. However, they may be available upon request, subject to availability. If you are interested, please contact the host to check for availability. OUTDOOR ENTHUSIAST RESOURCES: - Explore Lake Vermilion, state parks, and trails: All just minutes away. - Tower Soudan Mines: Located about 2 miles away. - Boat Launch Areas: Several nearby. - Boat Marina for Short-Term Stays: Check out Aronson's Marina about 3 miles away for short-term marina rentals (~$100 a week). - Outdoor Rentals: Your Boat Club is located just a mile away and offers boat and ATV rentals. SUPPLY SUGGESTIONS - Zup's Grocery Store: Less than a block away, great for groceries, ice, sunscreen, etc. Open 7 days a week, but closes at 3pm on Sundays. - Late Arrival Shopping: If arriving late, stop in Virginia, MN (25 minutes away) for last-minute shopping (Walmart, Target, Menards, Walgreens) or fast food. It's the last "bigger" city before you arrive up North. USEFUL INFO - Laundromat: 1 block down. - Closest Bait Shop: 1 block down at the Food and Fuel (summer hours are 6am to 9pm). QUIET HOURS Please note our strict quiet hours policy from 10 pm to 5 am. OUR PLACE IS NOT A SUITABLE PLACE FOR PARTIES. GUEST VISITING POLICY: Our Airbnb is reserved for registered guests only. No unregistered guests are allowed to visit or stay overnight. This policy helps us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. If you have any questions or special requests, please contact us in advance. NO SMOKING Strictly no vaping or any form of smoking allowed on the premises. Any illegal drug use will not be tolerated, and authorities will be notified. Smoking is permitted only in public outside areas. HUMAN TRAFFICKING We take human trafficking seriously. TOWER CAFE For those wanting to join us at the Tower Cafe, our hours are 6am to 1pm Wednesday through Sunday (closed Monday and Tuesday). We serve breakfast from 6am to 10:30am and lunch from 10:30am to 1pm. We look forward to welcoming you!
