The space This comfortable 3-bedroom Airbnb is perfect for both privacy and making new friends. The property contains 2 full bathrooms - a small private bathroom downstairs and a larger shared bathroom upstairs. The single room has its own private small bathroom. The upstairs master bedroom and second bedroom share access to the spacious main bathroom which contains a tub/shower combo and is stocked with towels and toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and more. Cook together or separately! Off the kitchen, you can access the patio and enjoy morning coffee alfresco. Additional amenities include in-unit laundry with washer and dryer, free high speed WiFi throughout, and SmartTVs with streaming in the living room and master bedroom. Other Bedrooms - Please only access your assigned room out of respect for other guests' privacy. During your stay This is a self check-in property with a keybox for easy access. On the day of your check-in, I will send you the code to retrieve the keys from the keybox on site. This allows flexible check-in once the unit is ready. During your stay, I may not be personally available on site, but please reach me via the Airbnb messaging thread if you need anything. I respond quickly to messages so don't hesitate to ask questions or request help. My goal is making sure you have a great stay. This is a self-service property, but I'm readily available electronically if any issues come up. Please note the bin collection schedule below: Recycling is collected every Thursday and Monday morning. General waste is also collected Thursday and Monday mornings. If your reservation is 3 nights or longer, we kindly ask that you take the bins out to the curb on Wednesday and Sunday evenings by 9pm for next-day collection.
